Can you tell me about your baby clothes? TOP
All Rattle Me baby clothes are 100% organic and made with pride in the USA. Even the organic cotton used to make our baby clothes are grown here!

To get even more specific, our baby clothes are made of environmentally-friendly 6 oz. per square yard 30/1 combed ring spun 100% certified organic cotton baby 1x1 rib. Our baby onesies details include 1/2" neck, sleeve and leg opening binding and a 3-snap closure. Our baby tees include a 1/2" sleeve and neck binding and a 3/4" double needle bottom hem. We have a tagless care label, too!

Can you help me with sizes? TOP
As with most baby clothes, sizes run a tad bit small. We always recommend buying one size larger than the baby's current size. Currently, our baby clothes run in the following sizes:

How do I care for my Rattle Me baby clothes? TOP
Machine wash warm and dry with low heat. I recommend using the gentle cycle (as with most baby clothes). Don't use bleach and ironing is not necessary. Also, don't forget to wash it before first use.

What if the baby clothes I order is out of stock? TOP
If a product you order is not in stock, we will send you an email and inform you the expected delivery date. You have the option to make changes at that time.

What types of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card), eChecks and debit cards via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make purchases. It's fast, free and secure!

Do you charge sales tax? TOP
We charge an 9.5% sales tax to customers who live in California. There is no tax charged to customers residing outside of California.

What's your return policy? TOP
We want you to love our baby clothes just as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days from the purchase date at returns@rattleme.com to let us know your order is coming back. We will refund you the full purchase price (minus shipping costs). All returned products will be subject to our inspection and must be be unwashed and unworn with all tags attached.

What's your shipping method? TOP
We ship out all our products using USPS Priority Mail. This means you should get your Rattle Me order within 2-3 days from leaving our place. We ship to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.

What's your turnaround time? TOP
If we receive the order before 2PM PST, we'll process and ship out your order within two business days.

How does the affiliate program work? TOP
It's easy! Sign up as an affiliate by filling out our simple form. Then promote Rattle Me on your website, blog or anywhere you see fit with the provided banners and links. For every buyer you send our way, we'll give you a 10% commission on their order.

When do I get paid for my referral? TOP
Rattle Me pays referrals on the first day of each calendar month for orders placed two months prior. Confused yet? Here's a good example. If you're referral makes a purchase on June 2, you'll get paid on August 1.

Why does it take so long to pay out my referral bonus? TOP
We really aren't that slow in processing referrals! This leeway allows us to consider returned products. We give customers 14 days to return an item (rare occasions!), so this gap in time keeps the work to maintain our referral program to a minimum.

What's your privacy policy? TOP
We will never sell or share your personal information with a third party or for any reason other than to contact you about your order or inquiries. If you have given us your email address to be added to our newsletter list, it will only be used for the sole purpose of contacting you about Rattle Me specials, sales and new product information.
